YOU CAN HELP SPONSOR A CHILD
Child sponsorship is a way of raising long-term support for children whilst providing a rich and rewarding experience for donors.
A large number of these children live as beggars on streets as their relatives are unwilling to take them on due to the stigma, or the extreme poverty. Many take to substance abuse such as inhaling gasoline and sniffing glue to stay warm and hold off hunger. Child prostitution is rampantly raising the risk of exposure to and pursuant infection of HIV/AIDS. This tragedy is compounded by the plight of abandoned babies born to homeless street girls hopelessly unable to care for themselves.
The only hope these children have to escape the vicious cycle is education.
Tender Mercies Outreach Foundation currently has over 800 children under the HIV/AIDS program with many more on the waiting list. Education is the key that unlocks a child's potential. Personally invest in the life of a child by sponsoring.
Sponsoring a child is fun and easy through Tender Mercies Outreach Foundation.
You have the joy of writing to your child, if you wish, and having him or her write to you. You will receive his or her report card. Through pictures, you watch your child grow up. Each month (quarterly or annually if you prefer), you can send your sponsorship cheque to TMOF, or you can give on line if you prefer.
You pray for your child as God brings that child to mind. It takes so little time and effort, and it's really enjoyable to have such a special relationship with a child in another country who really needs you.
Sponsoring a child is urgent. A child is waiting today for your love.
Your decision will change a child's life. A child is waiting for your response. A child is waiting for your love! The children chosen for TMOF sponsorship are in desperate situations. How long will they wait for a better life? Their need is so urgent! Your decision today is SO IMPORTANT.
For as little as 90cents a day, you will provide an education, food and healthcare, hope, love and joy to the orphaned children.
When you sponsor a child, you will receive a picture and profile of the child, report card and correspondence from the child.

Working with vulnerable children is a concerted effort.
It needs a lot of hands to be put together, and a lot of ideas.
The orphan problem does not only belong to people with orphans.
It is everybody's problem
